With views of the Kilsyth and Campsie hills, our champion 18-hole golf course was designed by Dave Thomas and Steve Ballesteros. One of the few UK greens overseen by Ballesteros. This year The Westerwood Hotel plays host to the JGS Masters. We are going to take a deeper dive into the event and have a look at who you might need to beat in order to slip on the Green Jacket!
The event will be played over 2 days, Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th May.
All our categories will play over the 2 days, the 18 hole categories will be won by the player with the lowest total gross or nett over the 2 days. The 9 hole stableford will be won by the player with the highest combined stableford score over the 2 days. The flag will be slightly different, players will be awarded points based on their finishing position on both days which will follow the following scoring matrix:

Should any of the categories tie then there will be a sudden death play off….so make sure you stick about until the end!
